<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning box which enables users to leave laundries and receive the finished articles without carrying a member card, or the like. <P>SOLUTION: A bag 10 fitted with an IC tag 15 which memorizes predetermined administrative information is distributed to a user, and a slot door 202 is unlocked in considered condition when a first IC card reader 220 reads the administrative information through the IC tag 15. When the bag 10 is thrown in and closing of the slot door 202 is detected, a part or all of the administrative information that is read through the IC tag 15 of the thrown bag 10 is printed out on a receipt with barcode and is provided to the user.
