PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk for testing which can significantly improve testing efficiency for a pickup for DVD recording. SOLUTION: In a format compatible with to specifications of DVD-system or DVD+system, areas b-h are formed on one glass substrate, wherein the areas b-h are provided with areas of recorded and unrecorded areas and areas with changed various parameters of wobbling or land-prepits.
