PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a training system and a method in which a user efficiently masters typing with correct fingering and by which a speed and a accuracy rate of a typing are improved. SOLUTION: The training system comprises: a keyboard input device having a plurality of keys allocated to a plurality of input regions which are allocated for each finger of the user who types; and a finger detecting device having at least one sensor and a signal converter attached to the user's fingers, which are connected to a computer system. When the key of the keyboard input device is pressed by an input finger of the user, the computer system receives an input signal generated by the keyboard input device and the converter converts a pressing signal generated by a sensor corresponding to the input finger to a verification signal and the verification signal is transmitted to the computer system.
