A hearing device has signal processing device (3) including a fixture device (9,11) for supporting the signal processing device (3) on the wearer's head (1). An auditory device (8) has its housing carried in the ear, and an electrical connecting conductor (5,6,7) of a fixed length is fixedly connected to the signal processing module (3) and the auditory device (8). The fixture device has a flexible retainer-clip (9) for location on the ear lobe (2).
