<p>The machine has a casing (E) attached to a shell of a tanker using a magnet ring (B) and/or rivets (D) in a fluid tight manner. A drill drive is fixed to the casing with a drill (F), such that the drill is movable in the casing. A drill chuck (P) is inserted in a drive shaft. The drill is hollow inside and provided with holes for traversing drill grease or oil. A filling and exhausting pipe is introduced into the chuck and the drill.</p>
