It is intended to provide a hairless transgenic nonhuman animal to be used in developing a therapy for dermatitis such as human atopic dermatitis and drug discovery. More specifically speaking, a transgenic nonhuman animal into which a recombinant DNA containing a heparin-binding EGF gene and a type 2 keratin gene promoter capable of regulating the expression of the above-described gene has been transferred.
