The system includes at least one base station adapted to com m unicate with the f ield station(s) and/or the tag(s) . The system includes triangulation m apping m eans and pre-plotted GPS (Global Positioning System ) m apping m eans to determ ine the global positioning system coordinates of the object to be m onitored. The system is adapted to be used to determ ine the global position of m ovable property and/or equipm ent at any given tim e f rom any given place, and to be used to continuously track and/or m onitor obj ects.</p>
