The invention relates to curing general stomatological diseases such as gingivitis, parodontitis and periodontosis without surgical interferences. The inventive medicinal preparation comprises 40-75 mass % zinc oxide, the rest being a vegetable oil. In the preferred embodiment, the vegetable oil is embodied in the form of a sea buckthorn oil. Said invention makes it possible to efficiently cure gingivitis, parodontitis and periodontosis associated with the osseous tissue regeneration. Said preparation is easily producible and usable.
