PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve separability of a sheet which is inserted between frozen objects to separate the objects in a frozen state, using a material which can be obtained easily at a low cost and at a place of production. SOLUTION: The sheet is separated between sheets even in a frozen state regardless of a freezing character between the sheet and the frozen object by making a liquid adhere to lower a freezing point in the bag-like sheet or placing a material having low water content in the sheet or the frozen object adhering to the sheet is detached by put water in the sheet.
