PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work holder capable of being easily attached to and removed from works and being compactly and simply configured. SOLUTION: The work holder is provided with a base part 22; fixed parts 24 and 30 fixed to the base part 22; a movable part 40 turnably supported at the base part 22 or the fixed parts 24 and 30; and a biasing member 50 for biasing and turning the movable part 40. The fixed part 24 and the movable part 40 have opposing surfaces 25 and 43 opposing to each other, and the opposing surfaces 25 and 43 are extended in approximately perpendicular directions to the base part 24. Either the fixed part 24 or the movable part is provided adjacently to the opposing surface 25 with a work arrangement part 34 in which a work body 3 is arranged with leads of the work 2 are extended toward the base part 22 approximately perpendicularly to the base part 22. The biasing member 50 rotates the movable part 40 in the direction reducing the interval between the opposing surfaces 25 and 43 and presses a flat surface part 4 of the work body 3 into contact with the opposing surfaces 25 of either one fixed part or the movable part.
