PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a reduction in size and provide a specified power transmission capacity without impairing the operability of clutch operation in a clutch device for a motor cycle. SOLUTION: This clutch device comprises a clutch housing 51, an output side rotating body 52, a clutch part 53, a pressure plate 54, a diaphragm spring 55, and a supporting member 68. The diaphragm spring 55 comprises a pressing part 55a and a lever part 55b. The support member 68 is fitted to the output side rotating body 52 and supports the diaphragm spring 55. The diaphragm spring 55 is so formed that the outer peripheral part of its pressing part one side face is brought into contact with the pressure plate 54, the inner peripheral part of its pressing part one side face is supported on the output side rotating body 52, the inner peripheral part of its pressing part other side face is supported by the support member 68. and the inner peripheral part of its lever part 55b is moved to the pressure plate side by a release mechanism.
