A radial bearing surface A including a plurality of hydrodynamic grooves Ab arranged in a herringbone shape and a partition part Aa for forming respective partitioned hydrodynamic grooves Ab is printed and formed with an ink-jet method prepared by resin composite ink on an outer peripheral surface 2a1 of the shaft part 2a as a radial hydrodynamic pressure generating part.
