PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a card lock system for allowing easy time setting relating to starting or canceling a summer time. SOLUTION: The card lock system receives standard electric waves on which time information is superposed, automatically corrects a card issue side internal clock 11c to show a time in response to the existence or absence of a summer time in accordance with the received standard waves and summer time data previously stored therein, and writes the summer time information showing the start or cancellation of the summer time together with locking/unlocking information required for turning on/off a card electric lock 30. In the case of turning on/off the lock, the summer time information is read out of a card 2 and a lock internal clock 31b is set into the summer time or reset from the summer time in accordance with the read summer time information.
