Invention describes a device for automatic regulation of number of revolutions of a rotary advertisement aimed for better exploitation of the power of weak wind and to prevent breakdown of the advertisement because of a lot of revolutions. Inscribed board (1) is flat and has flips (2) on its endings that are made of a flexible material or include flexible materials (steel and plastic). Flaps (2) by its closing impacted by the effect of springs (that these are made thereof or have therein) and by opening effected under centrifugal force of weights (3) regulate speed of revolutions of the advertisement.
