<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely inhibit an entrance of a mosquito into a room with a simple procedure, by attracting the mosquito existing in a space near an opening part of a building to an exhaust port for discharging air in the room to outdoors. <P>SOLUTION: The exhaust port 1 is equipped with a mosquito attracting means 2. Further, the air containing much carbon dioxide which is generated from a human body existing in the room is discharged to the outdoors from the exhaust port 1. Therefore, the mosquito existing in the space near the opening part 101 is attracted to the exhaust port 1 by the carbon dioxide discharged from the exhaust port 1 and an effect of the mosquito attracting means 2.
