<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a direct fluid type writing implement which has no possibility of the ink in an ink tank leaking from the penpoint side, has a short lengthwise dimension of the penpoint, get ready for writing in a short time by a quick change of air and the ink at the initial discharge of the ink, and moreover can simplify the structure. <P>SOLUTION: The direct fluid type writing implement 1 comprises the penpoint 2, an ink occluding body 3 connected to the rear end of the penpoint 2, the ink tank 7 disposed in the rear of the ink occluding body 3 and storing the ink 8 directly and communication pipes 6 connecting the ink tank 7 with the ink occluding body 3. The communication pipes 6 are provided in a plurality. The respective rear ends of the communication pipes 6 are opened in the ink tank 7. The ink occluding body 3 has a high-density part 31 and a low-density part 32 connected to the high-density part 31 in the rear of this part.
