<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a belt guiding device for a vehicle seatbelt system designed to further enhance safety of a vehicle crew. <P>SOLUTION: A belt guiding device for a vehicle seatbelt system is equipped with a main body unit (circular structural body 15), designed to hold a load in such a way as to be able to transfer the load to a vehicle body side member; a fixed unit (pivoting means 56), designed to fix the main body unit to the vehicle body side member; and a contact unit (42), formed in the main body unit and designed to contact the first face of the seatbelt (12) and guide it. Further, an energizing means (68), installed on the main body unit and designed to contact the second face on the opposite side of the first face of the seatbelt (12) and energize the seatbelt to the contact unit, is installed. For the purpose that the first face shape of the seatbelt substantially meets the surface shape of the contact unit, the fixed unit is arranged to hold the main body unit so that it turns around at least three mutually different shafts, in relation to the vehicle body side member (20). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
