<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive member which matches impedance from a lead wire section to a pad section to be and electrical properties to be improved. <P>SOLUTION: This conductive member 10 is provided with a backside metal layer 11, an insulating layer 12 formed on the backside metal layer 11, the lead wire sections 13 formed on the insulating layer 12, and the pad sections 14 formed on the insulating layer 12 and electrically coupled to the lead wire sections 13.
