PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for working vehicle, capable of easily performing reduction in fatigue of an operator or the like by making the traveling operation of the working vehicle close to that of an automobile with continuously variable transmission. SOLUTION: In a working vehicle comprising a hydraulic continuously variable transmission changing the speed of a power from an engine mounted on a traveling equipment body; a sub-speed changing mechanism transmitting speed-changed driving output from the hydraulic continuously variable transmission; a speed change pedal changing the change gear ratio of the hydraulic continuously variable transmission; a speed change sensor detecting the operation quantity of the speed change pedal; and a speed change output part rotation sensor detecting the speed-changed driving output rotating frequency of the hydraulic continuously variable transmission, the control device comprises an engine control means keeping the rotating speed of the engine at a rotating speed set by a throttle lever; and a travel control means controlling the rotating speed of the engine and the change gear ratio of the hydraulic continuously variable transmission based on the operation quantity of the speed change pedal.
