DATA COMMUNICATION SYSTEM, IMAGING DEVICE, AND REPRODUCING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of easily connecting an imaging device and a reproducing device through a network while ensuring security.

SOLUTION: A radio IC tag 124 is attached to the imaging device 100, and connection information for accessing the imaging device 100 through the network is stored in the radio IC tag 124. In this state, the reproducing device (e.g. a digital television 200 or printer 300) transmits a designated command to the imaging device 100 based upon the connection information received from the radio IC tag 124. When the imaging device 100 transmits image data to the reproducing device in response to the designated command, the reproducing device acquires the image data from the imaging device 100 and visually outputs the image data.
