<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulating jacket for an animal which jacket has new formation and is expected more effect for preventing and treating diseases such as diarrhea. <P>SOLUTION: The heat insulating jacket for an animal, usable for cold protection and for preventing and treating diseases is provided. Sheet heating elements such as pocket warmer 48 are held at one or several more specific positions through a keeping pocket 40 or the like.
