<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide energy demand estimating technology for properly estimating energy demand of a multiple dwelling house as a whole on the basis of the information acquirable in a stage of planning the multiple dwelling house. <P>SOLUTION: This energy demand estimating device comprises pattern database 10 storing a plurality of load change patterns indicating relative shift of energy demand of one day in a standard time period in accordance with the number of houses, a pattern setting means 11 for setting the standard load change pattern of an objective house on the basis of the number of houses and a load change pattern stored in the pattern database 10, an energy demand calculating means 13 for calculating a day standard energy demand in the standard time period on the basis of an index indicating scale of a dwelling part, a standard energy demand pattern creating means 14 for creating an energy demand pattern of one day by using the day standard energy demand and the standard load change pattern, and an energy demand pattern correcting means 15 for correcting the energy demand pattern of the standard period on the basis of a temperature data and creating the energy demand pattern of every time period. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
