PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice synthesizer and the like for performing voice synthesis with high accuracy by generating rhythms. SOLUTION: The voice synthesizer for synthesizing the voices by generating the rhythms from inputted text data includes a language analyzing means for performing language analysis of the text data, a similar text extracting means for extracting the similar text data similar to the previously accumulated text data based on the analyzed result obtained by the language analyzing means, a similar clause line extracting means for extracting the clause lines similar to the previously accumulated clause lines based on the clause lines of the similar text data obtained from the similar text extracting means, and a rhythm phonemic piece synthesizing means for synthesizing the rhythm phonemic pieces based on the clause lines obtained by the similar clause line extracting means.
