PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driver excellent in reliability by preventing such a trouble as a substrate itself is damaged or the electrical joint between the substrate and the driver side is cut even when an external force is applied to the substrate. SOLUTION: A stepping motor comprises a magnet 1, a first stator 2, a second stator 3, a first coil 4, a second coil 5, a rotary shaft 6, a first bearing 7, a second bearing 8, a first bobbin 9, a second bobbin 10, and an FPC 11. The first stator 2 is arranged with an engaging portion 2h, the second stator 3 is arranged with an engaging portion 3h and the FPC 11 for supplying power to the coil is secured to the first stator 2 and the second stator 3 through respective engaging portions. The first stator 2, the second stator 3 and the FPC 11 are secured such that the relative position of the first stator 2 and the second stator 3 with respect to the rotational direction of the magnet 1 has a predetermined positional relation.
