摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To narrow the spectral line width in each mode of optical frequency COM as well as improving S/N in mode-locked semiconductor laser equipment, and further, to achieve mode-locked semiconductor laser equipment that is simple in structure and inexpensive. SOLUTION: The mode-locked semiconductor laser equipment 10 is provided with self-excitation oscillating semiconductor laser equipment that oscillates a pulse laser beam at a cycle ofτand resonators that shut in the self-excitation oscillating semiconductor laser equipment, has a mode-locked laser beam emitter 11 for emitting a mode-locked laser beam, and has an injection laser beam emitter 12 for emitting an injection laser beam to be injected to the mode-locked laser beam.
