PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trespasser removing method, and a crime prevention system for carrying it out capable of positively removing only trespassers in particularly a personal residence. SOLUTION: The system is constructed by a crime prevention apparatus 2 installed in a surveillance area, a terminal 3 for surveillance connected to the crime prevention apparatus 2 by a communication means 5, and a controller 4 controlling signal exchange between the crime prevention apparatus 2 and the terminal 3 for surveillance. The crime prevention apparatus 2 is provided with a sensor 6, a photographing means 7 operated when the sensor 6 detects an intruder, a personal identification means 8 for carrying out personal identification of the intruder, and an alarm means 9 for sending a warning when the intruder is a trespasser. When the sensor 6 detects an intruder, an image of the intruder is sent to the terminal 3 for surveillance, confirmation of the intruder is carried out by the personal identification means 8, and when it is judged that the intruder is a trespasser, the alarm means 9 is operated by remote control of a surveillant.
