PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow the storage data capacity of a search folder to be reduced, to facilitate retry of searching based on the same search condition, and to enable the search folder to be managed for every user. SOLUTION: As a result of the searching, reduced image data having less data volume indicating feature of these real data is to be stored into the search folder after grouping a plurality of pieces of detected real data. And retry of the searching is to be performed after reading out the search condition by storing information relating to the search condition into the search folder. When the real data which is newly stored and the real data which is missed from the searching are wanted to be grouped in the search folder, the reduced image data corresponding to the real data is to be stored into the search folder by adding information indicating whether these pieces of the real data satisfy the search condition or not to the real data.
