PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intrusion detection panel that enables optical fibers to be easily laid and replaced. SOLUTION: The intrusion detection panel 1 having a panel body 2 removably mounted on the surface of an existing protective body 5 and an optical waveguide 3 mounted on the panel body 2 is replaceably mounted on the protective body 5 whereby the optical waveguide 3 is mounted on an entire protective body 1.
