PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent two or more files with the same overlappable information from existing within a second storage area 109. SOLUTION: An information processor 101 includes a transmission instruction part 111 for sending overlappable information in a first file 108 in a first storage area 107 and overlappable information in a second file in the second storage area 109 to an overlappable information comparing part 112; an overlappable information comparing part 112 for comparing the overlappable information in the first file 108 with the overlappable information in the second file and determining whether or not they are the same; and a transfer inhibiting part 113 for inhibiting the transfer of the first file 108 into the second storage area 109 if the overlappable information in the first file 108 is determined to be the same as the overlappable information in the second file.
