PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent fluctuations in a measuring range caused by the length irregularities of respective probes, even when a plurality of the probes are replaced to be used in optical coherence tomography measurement. SOLUTION: The optical tomographic imaging system 1 is equipped with a first light path length altering means 50 for altering the light path length of reference light L2, in order to alter the measuring position in the depth direction of a measuring target S and a second light path length altering means 60 for altering the light path length of the reference light so that a measurable region MR, due to the alteration of the light path length in the first light path length altering means 50, becomes a preset measuring region MRref at the attachment of a replaceable probe 10 in order to correct the error in the length of the probe 10 attached to a body 1A.
