PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mooring device with a simple structure, enabling one worker to carry out actuating operation of a wind-up device such as each rope reel and anchor cable wheel. SOLUTION: The mooring device is provide with a plurality of wind-up devices 4, 5a, 5b driven by a driving shaft 2 to which driving force of a driving device 1 is transferred/stopped by a driving operation toll 14 and transmitted by speed change operation, through clutches 7a, 7b, 7c. The mooring device is also provided with a plurality of clutch operating tools 6a, 6b, 6c operating the clutches 7a, 7b, 7c; and a plurality of brake operating tools 8a, 8b, 8c of brakes 9a, 9b, 9c braking wind-up devices 4, 5a, 5b. A drive operating tool 14 or an auxiliary drive operating tool 12 operating the drive operating tool 14 by remote control through a link mechanism is arranged near the operating tools 6a, 6b, 6c of the plurality of the wind-up devices 4, 5a, 5b, and the brake operating tools 8a, 8b, 8c.
