PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an overwrap packaging film excellent in low temperature heat sealability, blocking resistance, antistatic properties, slip properties, transparency, hermetic sealability and the like, and a package packed using the overwrap packaging film. SOLUTION: The overwrap packaging film is constituted by laminating a heat-fusible layer, which comprises a propylene copolymer composition obtained from a propylene/α-olefin random copolymer (B) having specific melt characteristics and a 1-butene/α-olefin random copolymer (C) having specific melt characteristics, on both sides of a biaxially stretched polypropylene film base material layer obtained from a propylene polymer (D).
