PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glass fiber sheet having high light diffusibility and enhanced in light transmissivity, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The glass fiber sheet has a glass fiber fabric 10 formed by weaving warp yarns 12 and weft yarns 14, the resin film layer 20 formed along the glass fiber fabric 10 and the beads layer 30 formed on one side of the resin film layer 20. Since the glass fiber fabric 10 and the resin film layer 20 are almost same in light refractivity and transparent, the total light transmissivity of the glass fiber sheet is enhanced. Since the beads layer is formed by solidifying a resin uniformly mixed with beads, the haze of the glass fiber sheet is increased and the light diffusibility thereof is enhanced.
