PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a TNF-αproduction inhibitor useful as a therapeutic agent for autoimmune diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis. SOLUTION: The novel compound having a structure represented by general formula [1] [wherein A is -(NR4)-, -(CR5R6)- or -O-; B is an alkylene or alkenylene group; R1, R2, R4, R5and R6are each a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, an alkenyl group, an adamantylalkyl group or the like; R3is an aryl group or an unsaturated heterocyclic group; and X is an oxygen or sulfur atom] and salts thereof have excellent TNF-αproduction inhibitory activities.
