<p>Disclosed is an Fe-Al alloy having an Al content of not more than 12% by weight which is excellent in characteristics such as workability, insulating properties, magnetic permeability, vibration damping properties, high strength and the like. The Fe-Al alloy is produced by the following steps: a step (i) for metal forming an alloy composed of 2-12% by weight of Al and the balance of Fe and unavoidable impurities; a step (ii) for cold rolling the thus-formed alloy; and a step (iii) for annealing the cold-rolled alloy.</p> |
