<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To put falling wires from a distribution switchboard together for concealment and protection. <P>SOLUTION: A box structure section 8, which ranges from the distribution switchboard 1 to a double floor 2, is provided between the distribution switchboard 1 and the double floor 2. An opening 9 for wiring to the distribution switchboard 1 is provided on the upper surface of the box structure section 8.
