<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image reader and an image forming device capable of certainly and easily removing sheet delivered to a paper delivery part. <P>SOLUTION: The paper delivery part 314 delivered with the sheet after the image is read is provided below a sheet loading part 301 and a pressing means 330 for pressing one side end in a width direction of the delivered sheet and moving the sheet in the width direction is provided on the paper delivery part 314 movably in the width direction.
