摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an amplifying solid state imaging apparatus capable of producing a high quality image and miniaturizing a pixel size. SOLUTION: In a photoelectric conversion transfer group, a plurality of photoelectric conversion transfers 10 having a photodiode 1 and a transfer transistor 2 are divided in each predetermined number. An input side of a switched capacitor amplifier 20 is connected to an output side of each of the transfer transistors 2 at the photoelectric conversion transfer group. The output side of the switched capacitor amplifier 20 is connected to a vertical signal line 9. The switched capacitor amplifier 20 comprises a signal charge accumulator 8, an amplification transistor 3 of which the input side is connected to the signal charge accumulator 8, and a capacitor 6 and a reset transistor 5 connected between an input and an output of the amplification transistor 3. Potential at an input of a reverse amplifier is controlled by a vertical scanning circuit 25. Wherein, the reverse amplifier is composed of an output side of the amplification transistor 3, a fixed current loading transistor 4 connected via the vertical signal line 9, and the amplification transistor 3.
