PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a data collecting device capable of easily increasing kinds of collection cycles. SOLUTION: The present invention relates to improvement of a data collecting device which converts analog data from an object to be measured into digital data by an AD converting circuit and collects data in target collection cycles. The device has a thinning-out processing circuit which thins out the digital data obtained by the AD converting circuit to generate digital data differing in cycle; a storage means of storing digital data of respective cycles thinned out by the thinning-out processing circuit; and a resampling processing circuit which reads digital data of corresponding cycles out of the storage means and resamples the data according to the target gathering cycles, it is characterized by target collection cycles being of a plurality of kinds.
