<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a load characteristic estimator which can precisely estimate load characteristics even in case that the influence of generator sway is included in the measured data of a monitoring bus by constructing a load model expression which enables the consideration of the influence of generator sway. <P>SOLUTION: This load characteristic estimator is equipped with a model expression setting means 1 which sets a load model expression, a measuring means 2 which measures the various electric quantities of the monitoring bus, an accident detecting means 3 which detects the accident of a power system, based on the above various electric quantities, a data accumulating means 4 which accumulates the above measured data in a specified sampling period since occurrence of an accident, a parameter calculating means 5 which calculates the parameter of the above load model expression, under the conditional expression that the synthesis of the generator output property being the output of the generator within the power system and the load characteristics by the above load model expression is equal to the load power quantity, based on the accumulated measured data, and a load characteristic estimating means 6 which estimates the above load model expression by applying a parameter calculated by this parameter calculating means 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
