PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceiling embedded-air conditioner capable of improving maintenance of a heat exchanger without changing a conventional structure where the heat exchanger is mounted in an inclined state, and the drain water dropping from the heat exchanger is received by a sub-drain pan. SOLUTION: The subject of this invention can be achieved by applying a structure where the sub-drain pan can be independently mounted on and demounted from a unit air conditioner main body without demounting a front panel and the drain pan from the unit main body. An attachment state of dust, oil or the like to the heat exchanger can be easily visually confirmed from a lower portion of an air suction opening, and the cleaning fluid can be sprayed to the heat exchanger from the air suction opening to clean the heat exchanger, thus the efficiency in cleaning work can be improved.
