PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly conduct analysis in the event of a system failure or the like by accurately obtaining history information in time series even if time is corrected to the past. SOLUTION: Even if time is corrected from the current to the past by a time correcting means 5, a subsequent history is stored in a storage means 7 as another file as instructed by an information management means 6. Further, a serial number following that of a history file stored before the correction of the time is added to the name of the file, whereby it is made possible to obtain history information in order of actual changes according to the serial number added to the name of the file, without regard to time information, and to smoothly conduct analysis in the event of a system failure or the like.
