PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scanning laser microscopic apparatus capable of obtaining a multiple-excited observation image of high pixel resolution of a multiple-dyed sample with a simple constitution. SOLUTION: Regarding the scanning laser microscopic apparatus 1 for irradiating and scanning the sample 54 with a plurality of laser beams L1 to L4, and obtaining the observation image based on the light beams emitted from the sample 54, the apparatus 1 is provided with a scanning unit 42 for scanning with the plurality of laser beams L1 to L4, and a laser beam control part 21 for time-dividing a scanning time for scanning one pixel of the observation image by the scanning unit 42 in accordance with the number of the plurality of laser beams L1 to L4, and irradiating the sample 54 with the plurality of laser beams L1 to L4 in accordance with the time-divided time.
