PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the positions of bearings from being displaced even if a load is applied to a pulley from the outside in a power transmission device. SOLUTION: This power transmission device for transmitting a rotatingly driving force from a drive device such as an engine to a driven device such as a compressor comprises the pulley to which a belt transmitting the rotatingly driving force is installed, a hub connecting the pulley to the rotating shaft of the driven device, the bearings rotatably pivoting the pulley, and a ring fixedly fitted to the pulley and allowing the bearings to be unmovably installed on the pulley. The ring comprises, at a first end part on the opposite side of the drive device, a bent part acting so that the bearings come into contact with the ring and are not moved further. Rings are formed on the driven device side of the bearings, and the second end part of the ring on the opposite side of the first end part is caulked to fix the bearings to the ring through the rings.
