PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that seal packing is composed by arranging a washer of a flat disc in parallel with rubber packing and by fixing the rubber packing to the washer of a flat disc by baking in a conventional vibration absorbing flexible joint, however, vibration absorption and sealing performance are imperfect by using the rubber packing only, a joint pipe is not smoothly inserted to a joint body, and it takes time and effort to fix the washer by baking. SOLUTION: The seal packing is composed by fitting an elastic annular body 34, into which a cylindrical body is fitted, to a guide frame 31 in which a flange 33 is formed to the end face of the cylindrical body 32. Chamfering 37 is executed to the inner periphery of an insertion port for a guide frame joint pipe. An outer peripheral groove 35 is engraved to the outer periphery of the elastic annular body.
