PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary power machine generating electricity by using terrestrial gravitaion. SOLUTION: A large number of weights are suspended from a circumference edge of a disk body 1 with four equal intervals. A right side weight directly receives attraction force and tends to move downward by rotation of the disk body and attraction force acting on a left side weight is canceled by contact with a steel wire spring extending from a center part.
