PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic machine in which pulsation of hydraulic pressure which is caused by vortex in a draft tube is efficiently and easily reduced. SOLUTION: The hydraulic machine is provided with the draft tube 2 in the downstream of a runner 1 and communication tubes 8. In the each communication tube 8, a plurality of holes 7a, 7b are bored at positions opposite to each other at the same height on the wall-surface of the draft tube 2.
