PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel injection valve, improving the atomizing performance of a fuel injection valve and adjusting the atomizing shape to realize desirable atomization. SOLUTION: This fuel injection valve includes: a valve element 6 for controlling the opening and closing of a fuel passage to inject and supply fuel through a fuel passage and stop the injection supply of fuel; a seat part to which the tip of the valve element closely adheres to stop the injection supply of fuel; and a plurality of injection holes for injecting fuel supplied to the downstream of the valve element 6 and the seat part through the fuel passage. The seat part to which the tip of the valve element closely adheres to stop the injection supply of fuel is constructed by a nozzle plate 1 having a valve seat 2 opposite to the tip of the valve element and a fuel introduction hole 3 reduced in diameter by the valve seat. A fuel passage forming plate is formed like a recessed part on the downstream fuel passage side of the fuel introduction hole of the nozzle plate and provided with a plurality of fuel injection holes disposed concentrically at the recessed bottom part. The plurality of injection holes in the fuel passage forming plate are formed at a desired angle of inclination in the recessed bottom surface and in the board thickness direction.
