PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means capable of accurately and easily determining the arranged state of equipment to be purchased, in a room, whether the equipment is in agreement with the atmosphere of the room, whether it can be carried in, or the like. SOLUTION: An equipment model 1 of actual size is provided with an outline part 2 with a shape corresponding to the outer surface shape of furniture, an electric product or other equipment to be installed in a building. The outline part 2 is formed by connecting a plurality of sheet members 3-5 formed of cardboard and connectable to each other and releasable from the connection by hook-and-loop fasteners 6.
