PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sauna apparatus capable of obtaining uniform temperature and humidity. SOLUTION: The sauna apparatus comprises a heated air-blowing means 36 for blowing air heated by a heating means 12 for heating air, a humidifying means 11, a humidified air blowing means 25 for blowing humidified air humidified by the humidifying means 11, a suction port 22, and a blow-off port 23, and can obtain the uniform temperature and humidity by merging the heated air from the heated air-blowing means 36 and the humidified air from the humidified air blowing means 25 before the blow-off port 23 and blowing off the heated and humidified air from the blow-off port 23.
